To date, Kachemak Heritage Land Trust has helped preserve nearly 3,000 acres on the Kenai Peninsula through acquisition of land and conservation easements. Properties protected to date are in three general regions: The Central Kenai Peninsula, the Anchor River and Stariski Creek area, and the Southern Kenai Peninsula.
Kachemak Heritage Land Trust has also worked in partnership with other organizations to protect an additional 637 acres of important conservation lands for public benefit.
